Our chatbot can provide you with a host of personalized answers as well as publicly sourced information from our college websites, shared platforms, and even government websites like FAFSA. Ollie does not use information outside of sources approved by our colleges - so you can make the best decision about your education journey.

If you are a student at one of our 23 community colleges, you can access information like your GPA, course grades, and account balance in Ollie as well as your home college’s chatbot. You will be prompted to login with your college’s credentials for these types of questions; however, Ollie can pair this with other information to give you a more complete response to many of your questions.

Our chatbot is very transparent about how it gets its answer - Ollie will 1) tell you how it got to the answer and 2) give you the sources it used for the answer. You can even download the transcript of the discussion to use it when you speak to a college representative.
