Program Successes & Highlights | Medical transcriptionists work in a variety of settings. These include hospitals, doctors’ offices, medical schools, health and wellness centers and private practices. It is also possible to work remotely if you have the right equipment. Medical transcriptionists spend most of their work hours sitting alone at a computer, listening to recordings through headphones. They might occasionally be required to travel with a team and use their skills for a specific medical case. |
