ENGL210: Forms and Genres

An introduction to the formal analysis of texts, which may include works of fiction, nonfiction, poetry, drama, film, and other genres. Students will develop skills in assessing how form and genre enable and constrain expression using relevant techniques of reading and research. May be repeated for credit when topic changes.
