ENGL295: THE RDNG & WRTG OF FIC&POETRY
ENGL 295 Introduction to Creative Writing Semester course; 3 lecture hours. 3 credits. An introduction to the basic elements of writing poetry and fiction, using published examples of contemporary fiction and verse as guides in the study of literary form and the production of original creative writing. Students will be offered a practitioner's perspective on genre conventions and the process of revision.
