This course is an introduction to the core concepts, methods, and vocabularies of film study and visual analysis. It is required for all students enrolled in the interdisciplinary media and performance studies minorĀ or the media and performance studies concentration of the English major. These students must earn a grade of C or better. Prerequisite: EN 102 or permission of instructor. (Also listed as IS 183.) Liberal Arts Core Designation: Literature - LT. (3)
